Complete dynamometer system balance and vibration analysis is performed by Innovasys' field service engineers for all supplied equipment. The AC machine is balanced and confirmed within specification prior to complete assembly of base riser, coupling and inline transducer rotor. After complete assembly, the dynamometer is trim balanced to specification. Then, a 3-axis coast down is taken for both drive end and non drive end bearings, to confirm conformance to customer specifications, or ISO 10816-3 standards.
